Dr. Luke B. Bobo 

Luke Brad Bobo is the co-owner of Pursuing the Greater Good LLC. He is a visiting instructor of contemporary culture at Covenant Seminary, and is the author of Race, Economics and Apologetics: Is There a Connection?, Living Salty and Light Filled Lives in the Workplace, and A Layperson’s Guide to Biblical Interpretation: A Means to Know the Personal God. Luke spent 15 years as an electrical engineer before directing the Francis Schaeffer Institute at Covenant Theology Seminary.  

Luke earned a PhD in Rabbinic Andragogy and Leadership, University of Missouri-St. Louis; Master of Divinity (emphasis: contemporary culture and apologetics), Covenant Theological Seminary; M.S. in Electrical and Computer in Engineering, University of Missouri-Columbia; and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, University of Kansas

Dr. RITA HOLMES-BOBO

Rita Holmes-Bobo, co-owner of Pursuing the Greater Good, LLC earned her Doctorate in Law and Policy (LP.D) from Northeastern University (Aug. 2024). She has successfully launched and led initiatives, programs, and community efforts in fast-paced, complex organizations. In concert with organizational leadership, she has facilitated collaborations with internal and external groups to achieve meaningful results. Dr. Holmes-Bobo has been responsible for strategic planning, addressing small and large organizational challenges, and developing positive relationships with cross-functional teams and community stakeholders. 

Rita has volunteered with non-profit organizations in various roles including as board president. Additionally, she has served as the CEO of a non-profit, the leader of Marketing and Communications functions, and as the organizational leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion functions.

She has also earned an MBA and B.S. from the University of Kansas; and achieved designation as a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) from the Institute of Diversity.
